Founded in 2021 by a small group of rug enthusiasts who refused to accept the compromise between authentic craftsmanship and reliable supply chains, Textile Trading Group began as a direct bridge between the master weavers of India and Nepal and the most discerning designers in North America.

What started as a single container of hand-knotted treasures shipped from Bhadohi has grown into one of the most respected names in high-end area rugs and custom broadloom carpeting for the trade. Today we import over 4,000 rugs and thousands of yards of broadloom every year, yet we have never lost the original passion: to bring heirloom-quality, handcrafted textiles to spaces that demand nothing less.

We have our own bar-coded system warehouse and dedicated inspection facility in the United States, so every piece is examined, photographed, and prepared with the same care the weaver gave it months earlier on the loom. On-the-ground teams in Jaipur , Bhadohi, and Nepal work side-by-side with artisans, ensuring fair wages, safe conditions, and consistent excellence long before a rug ever leaves the village.
